BerlinViews – Online now Berlin galleries have joined forces to create BerlinViews, a website presenting over 25 galleries and gallery models. The website is an initiative to promote the visibility of art in Berlin and strengthen the solidarity of the gallery scene in response to our current times. BerlinViews functions by offering a brief profile of each gallery, with the aim of giving easy access and insight into the diversity of the Berlin gallery scene. Visitors are then able to contact the gallery directly in order to make inquiries. Further information. Irmel Kamp – Kunsthalle Düsseldorf For the first time, the exhibition "SUBJECT and OBJECT. PHOTO RHINE RUHR" will examine the relationships between the different photographic positions that have developed in the cities of the Rhineland as well as the Ruhr and at the regions’ art academies since the 1960s. Photographs by Irmel Kamp will be featured. The exhibition will be on view from today until 16 August 2020. Further information.
